Your body is the home of your spirit. Treat it well and it will serve you well throughout your lifetime. Massage is a gentle and kind way to provide therapeutic maintenance, to sweep out the dusty corners, to keep the energy flowing cleanly, and to repair the little tweaks before they become big issues.

My signature style is relaxing, yet therapeutic. I use the long, flowing strokes of traditional Hawaiian lomilomi, to lull the body into a state of deep relaxation. Then I use my background in Structural Bodywork to therapeutically address any issues I find - abnormal tensions, unusual joint constrictions, and any deviations from the normal patterns I've experienced in thousands of clients.

All of this, I do with the open-hearted Spirit of Aloha, channeling compassion as life's true healing force, clearing the accumulated tensions & working to resolve injuries that cause constrictions and restrictions in the body, to allow your Spirit to rest more easily in its sacred home - your body.
